HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery is free to anywhere in the United Kingdom. Logo mat delivery is free within the EU for orders in excess of £250 for standard delivery.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE LOGO MAT?
Our logo mats are designed to be washed at temperatures up to 50ºC in domestic or industrial washing machines. They can also be vacuumed, brushed or cleaned with a pressure washer or regular carpet cleaner.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?
Our logo mats can be produced in a range of standard sizes at widths of 85cm, 115cm, 150cm and 200cm. Logo mats up to 550cm in length can be created up to a width of 200cm.

HOW DO I ORDER A LOGO MAT FROM YOU?
Once you have determined the size you would like, simply email us your artwork or an outline of your design and we will put together an A4 artwork proof to review. We will email the proof to you and then, if you are happy with the artwork, you simply sign the proof and return it to us by email. We can begin manufacturing your logo mat, which will take 5 – 7 working days to produce and deliver to you.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY LOGO MAT?
Pre-payment is required on all logo mat orders. You can pay for your logo mats in several ways: debit or credit card, bank transfer
IS THE ARTWORK INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Up to two artwork proofs are included in the cost of each logo mat. This allows for an initial artwork and then, if required, a further artwork with any amendments you wish to make. You will understand that artworks take time to produce, there may be an additional cost if multiple artworks are required – to help cover the designer’s time. To avoid additional artwork costs please try and give as much information as possible in the beginning so that we can create an artwork proof that reflects your expectations.
WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ARTWORK?
A high-resolution image will provide the best results for your logo, image or text. If possible, we prefer to receive logo artwork as a digital file, such JPG, TIFF or PDF. We also accept EPS, CDR, AI or bitmap files such as BMP, TGA and PCX.
If it is not possible to supply a digital file and you would prefer to send us a hard copy of your logo artwork, we can accept a high-quality computer print (on paper only) – please make sure it is as large as possible (up to A4 size). Avoid bending, folding, cutting, or writing on the image.

WILL MY LOGO MAT BE NON-SLIP?
All our logo mats are manufactured with our latest generation of 100% nitrile rubber backing so they are non-slip, ripple resistant and have excellent floor stability. The nitrile rubber backing also makes them strong and easy to handle. The backing does not stain and is resistant to grease, oil, fuel and chemicals.
There are two choices of nitrile rubber backing when creating your logo mat:
1) Gripper - Gripper backing reduces movement across carpeted areas.
2) Flat - Flat backing is ideal for smooth / hard floors such as wood, tiles, vinyl, cement etc.
For larger logo mats we recommend choosing a thicker 3mm rubber safety backing to further increase weight and stability.
CAN I PLACE MY LOGO MAT AT MY ENTRANCE?
Here at Logomatworks.co.uk, we recommend that you avoid placing your logo mat directly at your entrance.
We advise you to think of your logo mat as an advertisement, rather than an entrance mat, and place it further inside your building or business, e.g. at your reception desk, waiting area, lobby, display, counter or till. Correct placing of your mat is vital as it will keep your logo mat clean, reducing maintenance and extending the mat’s useful life while keeping your brand image fresh.
CAN I PUT A PHOTOGRAPH ON MY LOGO MAT?
Yes, you can. We will need a high-resolution image and your logo mat will need to be of adequate size – a minimum of 85 x 120cm, while 115 x 180cm is recommended. Remember that our logo mats are made from a tufted pile so very small detail, especially at a small size, could look blurry or unclear. If you would like to email us your image, we can give you recommendations on how to turn it into a stunning logo mat.
CAN I USE ANY COLOURS FOR MY LOGO MAT?
You can use any combination of colours on your mat. There are 280 colours on our palette to choose from, not to mention the different tones that can be created through shading and photorealistic options. However, from our experience, we know that white or light colours will highlight stains, especially if the mat is placed near a main entrance, so we always recommend, where possible, to choose dark colours for the background and strong, contrasting colours for the logo and text. We think keeping it simple, with a combination of 2-4 colours will probably work best. If you go with a dark colour such as black, grey or dark blue for your background you will create a solid base that will help disguise everyday staining, ensuring your logo mat looks fresher for longer.
HOW THICK WILL MY LOGO MAT BE?
Our logo mats have a typical pile height of 8.5mm, with a border width of 20mm. Even with 3mm backing your logo mat will never have a greater depth than 12mm.

Logo mats typically weight is 2.90kg per m².
WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH MY LOGO MAT?
Our logo mats are all made from high-quality fabrics and are printed using the latest technology. We do quality checks on every mat produced and if a quality issue arises, we would of course offer a refund or replacement mat, as standard practice.
Please be aware that once artwork has been agreed and signed for, the mat will be manufactured to the customer’s specification. We advise customers to preview their designs carefully prior to placing an order to avoid any disappointment when it arrives.
