Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

Sale items: 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless there is a fault with the product.

Exchanges: 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange the product for the same item, please send an email to sales@logomatworks.co.uk
