PRODUCT SPECIFICATION:

Yarn: Polyester high twist yarn with 50% post-consumer recycled content.  Incredible stain resistance, no cross staining and easy to clean.

Image Printing: High definition printing quality using the latest technology at 72dpi.  

Total Weight: 2.90 kg/m sq.

Pile Height: 8mm

Rubber Backing: 100% Nitrile rubber for maximum oil resistance and flexibility.  Compression moulded with reinforced borders on all four sides.  

Border Thickness:  1.5mm standard or 3mm heavy-duty safety backing.

Border width: 2cm

Size Variance: +/- 2%

Flammability: Passes BS 4790 (1987) determination of the flammability of textile floor coverings: Low radius of effects of ignition.

CLEANING

All our logo mats can be washed at temperatures up to 50º in industrial or domestic machines.

Heavy soiled mats, increase temperature up to a maximum of 60°.

Do not overdry mat.  Dryer temperature should not exceed 82°.

Lay mats flat and allow to cool before rolling.

Easily cleaned with a carpet cleaning machine.

Additional Information:

We always recommend using dark background colours, (e.g. grey, black and navy) and contrasting colours for your logo or text.  Dark colours are more serviceable and will help maintain your logo mats good looks!
