Product Description:

Outdoor logo mat: 100% Nitrile rubber scraper mat, UV resistant with a moulded surface pattern that gives traction and grip even in wet conditions.  Photographic quality images are printed using a digital process and moulded into rubber.

75 x 85cm - maximum logo size: 50 x 60cm

85 x 150cm - maximum logo size: 60 x 120cm

115 x 180cm - maximum logo size: 90 x 125cm

150 x 250cm - maximum log size: 130 x 230cm New Size!

Thickness: 3mm 

Materials: 100% Nitrile rubber.  The moulded rubber texture on the face of the mat creates traction and is chemical, oil and grease resistant.

Application:

Suitable for indoor or outdoor use.  A 100% scraper rubber logo mat printed using a digital process displaying your brand, business or product.  Can also be used to create directional, instructional or safety guidance.

Cleaning:

The main purpose of cleaning would be to dissolve and remove grease residues from the mat.

Launderable at cool temperatures and lay mats flat following removal from washer.

Mats do not require drying.

Allow mats to cool before rolling. 

Additional Information:

Colour: Digital colour printing on a black nitrile rubber background. Colours will be matched to the colour values in the artwork provided - artwork needs to be submitted electronically at 300dpi. Higher resolution files result in a better print quality

Artwork: All artwork is included with the purchase of your mat.  We will work with you every step of the way and your draft artwork will be emailed to you for approval before manufacturing begins.
