Indoor Floor Mat Specifications

Yarn - Continuous filament solution dyed nylon fibres providing colour and wash fastness.  

Twist - Each strand of yarn contains two plies of fibre that have been twisted individually 5.5 turns per 2.5cm and then twisted together at 4.5 turns per 2.5cm. The yarn is then heat set to permanently maintain the hard twist.  High twist set nylon fibres are resistant against crushing and allow dirt to filter into the mat rather than remaining on top of the carpeted surface.

Pile Thickness - 8mm

Static Control - Rated at less than 1KV on AATCC134 electrostatic propensity test. Satisfies IBM test requirements.

Primary Backing - Polyester spun bound non-woven fabric 130 gr/m²

Rubber Backing - 100% Nitrile rubber for maximum oil resistance, weight reduction and flexibility. Nitrile rubber backing prevents curling and cracking in all types of weather.  Compression moulded with reinforced borders on all four sides.  Also available in durable heavy-duty 3mm rubber backing.

Size Variance - +/- 2%. 

Flammability: Passes standards for EN ISO 9239-1 (2010)

Cleaning Instructions:

• All solution dyed mats can be washed together.
• Wash mats at 50°C.  For heavy soiled mats, increase temperature up to maximum of 71°C.
• Use low pH non - ionic detergents.
• Do not over dry mats.  Drum temperature of mats should not exceed 82°C.
• Lay mats flat following removal from washing machine.  Allow mats to cool before rolling.
