How important is your brand and logo?
We have all entered a retail unit, a school, a hotel, or a business and walked across the floor mat placed conveniently near the entrance, displaying a brand logo. We may not have given the mat a second thought but sub-consciously were aware of its presence and more than likely made use of it to remove dust or moisture from our shoes.
We may have acknowledged the logo name to confirm in our own minds that we were in the right establishment or that we were walking through the correct main door of the public entrance. Whatever our thoughts, the logo and brand colours presented before us, anchored one of the first compounding branding images of the organisation’s corporate marketing tools.
Your brand tells the story of your success, from employee’s understanding your vision, the quality of the products you sell, how you answer the phone and welcome your clients, to the drive and motivation within the company and the emotional feeling your customers get when they purchase your products or services.
A brand can make individuals feel good; from wearing brands, eating brands to revealing that special brand purchase. These factors are all part of a defined strategic business goal of brand marketing and making the client feel connected.
So, it is important that an organisation looks at every aspect of their business and gives their clients the emotional good feeling we all savour. Starting at the entrance and the initial contact point with the client, a welcomed customised mat displaying your logo and endorsing your brand colours, offers your client the opportunity to visually identify with your brand but to also clean the dust and moisture from their shoes and walk proudly forward into your establishment.
